Includes unlimited manual searches, 10 users, full history, and broader automatic competitive intelligence. FEBE identifies the comparable market without requiring you to configure competitors manually.
Tailored configuration
A plan designed around the organization’s needs. Scouts, users, coverage, frequency, alerts, capabilities and other conditions are defined in a tailored proposal; there is no preset standard configuration.
What each plan includes
Each plan defines specific limits and features, such as active Scouts, alert frequency, tracking, history, competitor monitoring, members and other capabilities. A dash (—) means the feature is not included; it does not mean unlimited use. The Pricing page shows the current commercial configuration.
Changing plan
You can request a plan change from your account when available. Before confirmation, FEBE will show the new plan and any applicable billing effect. A plan change modifies the available capabilities according to the current configuration.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation from your account or through support. Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not by itself create a refund entitlement, without affecting mandatory rights under applicable law.
Renewal & charges
Recurring subscriptions renew according to the selected billing period until cancelled. Price, applicable taxes and billing date are shown before purchase and in subscription information.
Opportunities & results
FEBE searches public or authorized signals and applies analysis criteria, but does not guarantee a specific number of opportunities, a response, continued validity of a signal, or a sale. FEBE does not pad quotas with invented contacts when sufficient evidence is unavailable.
Permitted use
The service must be used lawfully and in accordance with source terms, data-protection rules and applicable commercial-communications requirements. Customers are responsible for their subsequent use of obtained information.
What each plan feature means
Your Scout
It is the monitoring you configure in FEBE. You tell it what you sell, where you sell and which opportunities matter to you. FEBE uses that information to watch the market for you. A Scout is not a user.
User
A person on your team with access to the FEBE account. The number of included users depends on the plan.
Opportunity
A company identified from relevant commercial evidence, including the signal, source, context and a contact route when available.
Signal
Public or authorized evidence that may indicate need, buying intent or a relevant company change.
Scheduled alert
Opportunity delivery at the schedule configured for your Scout, subject to your plan.
Instant alert
An alert outside the scheduled delivery when FEBE detects a qualifying high-intent signal.
Continuous monitoring
Your Scout remains active between deliveries and keeps analyzing enabled sources; you do not need to launch a new manual search each time.
Switch Opportunity
Advanced top-plan feature: FEBE analyzes public signals around the priority competitors you configure—such as dissatisfaction, negative reviews or searches for alternatives—to detect potential customers with reasons to switch providers.
Results analysis
The level of analysis of which opportunities, signals and actions produce results, with greater depth depending on the plan.
History
The period of past activity and opportunities you can review inside FEBE. Available duration depends on the plan.
Export
Ability to take permitted opportunity information out of FEBE using enabled formats.
